We offer a pre-purchase drain survey that could potentially save you the headache of moving into your lovely new home and finding the drains are

We check the drains from below the ground and offer a complete service with a detailed report and footage via email.

RAT INFESTATION

This is not a service we like to offer, but we do know that rats are not respectors of people, they will invade any drains that are not in use and take up residence in your home.  They are a nuicance and we know the stress that noise can make in the middle of the night.

Our drain camera will check all available pipes and we hopefully will see a little critter or his home and help you identify the area in which they entered.  It isnt always the drain that they get in, it can sometimes be a loose tile on your roof or an air brick, its worth doing a visual assessment of your property and check for any areas they could enter.

We can also leave a camera overnight in your loft to see any activity of the vermin

GENERAL CONDITION

Our drain camera is useful for a general check of a particular area of your drainage.  If you are suffering with repeat blockages or damp, it could be the drains.  If you would like to use this service, we refer to it as a "looksee" call us and we can discuss your requirements.
