A drain camera is a very useful tool.  We use it in a variety of different scenarios, namely

Buying a house? We offer pre purchase drain surveys.  This is a very important part of buying a house and usually overlooked.  Drainage replacement can be costly and can cause a multitude of problems, I.e damp, subsidence and distress when you can't use the toilet!

Repeat blockages?  We offer a camera to check the drain that is repeat blocking and can be very helpful in the diagnosis and cause.

Damp?  A drain camera can check the drains of the property to establish if the cause of the damp is drain related.

Rat intrusion?  The camera can be used to identify any areas that a rodent could have entered and is using as a rat run.
