Our prices are fixed at £85.00 + VAT for domestic customers during working hours 8-5.30 Monday to Friday - weekends fixed price is £95.00 plus vat

£35.00 per half hour thereafter

*  Fixed/capped prices apply to a standard property - not commercial or industrial

* Normal blockage/standard blockage rates applies - access must be available, where digging of manholes is required, extra charge may be applied.  If no conventional access is available, extra charges will apply due to time taken to clear the drain.

If clearance is not possible due to unconventional access, charges will apply for length of time taken attempting to clear the drain

If pipes are damaged or an obstruction that is not deemed part of a normal blockage, i.e. rods stuck in drain, solid obstruction that is not found in a drain, toys, or any object that is not normally found in drains and clearance is/ is not possible, an extra charge will be made for time spent working on your drain.

Where a request is made to undertake work that is not part of a normal blockage extra charges will be made, i.e cleaning out of guttering etc, this is at your own risk and Kernow Drains accepts no liability.

Fixed price applies to foul single line drains and not shared.

Foul drainage only. If blockage is found to be off the property, we will contact the water authority to clear the blockage, however a charge will still apply.

CCTV DRAIN SURVEY FOR PRE PURCHASE

The average* pre purchase survey is £175.00 + VAT including DVD & report - this is for a standard 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property

if your property has more than 2 bathrooms, the average price* is 195.00 + VAT

*this price is for a property that expels into a main drain

if your property expels into a septic tank, further charges may be added if the septic tank is 30m + or more (requiring more set ups than standard)

No DVD or report supplied - just you and Gary on the day with a camera.  

Use this service if you are suffering with repeat blockages or just want to see the state of your drains.

Prices do vary depending on the length but on experience the average price is £95.00 + VAT - call us and we can discuss your requirements and quote at the same time.
